(1) Those who do the following without obtaining a permit in accordance with Section 5, the Board shall fine as follows:-
(a) in case of operating a barter market or using the name of a barter market from ten lakh rupees to fifty lakh rupees,
(b) Two lakh rupees to ten lakh rupees in case of running a rough and dirty business or a warehouse,
(c) In case of commodity trading business, from one lakh rupees to five lakh rupees.
(2) If the organization that has received a license conducts business contrary to sub-section (3) of section 9, the board will fine such organization from fifty thousand rupees to three lakh rupees.
(3) The board shall fine the organization which has received the license and which does not provide information and details or submit a report within the period specified in section 48 or 49 at the rate of one thousand rupees per day from the day of expiry of the deadline for submitting such information and details or report.
(4) The board may impose a fine of one lakh rupees to five lakh rupees on the licensed organization that does not comply with the orders or instructions or prescribed conditions in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(5) According to this Act, the board may impose a fine of fifty thousand rupees to two lakh rupees on the director or officer or employee of the licensed organization who does not submit the information, data, documents, records and details requested by the board in the course of inspection and supervision or investigation within the specified time.
(6) The board shall impose a fine of two lakh rupees to ten lakh rupees on the licensed organization which does not keep or prepare the accounts, accounts, statements or any other similar document which should be kept or prepared or submitted in accordance with this Act or the rules or regulations made under this Act. Will be able to.
(7) In case of causing or causing damage to the investor by acting contrary to this Act or the rules or regulations made under this Act or the order or instructions given by the Board, the Board shall impose a fine of ten lakh rupees to fifty lakh rupees on the institution which has received such a permit.The amount should also be paid to the investor.
(8) The board shall fine the organization which has received the license not following the code of conduct as per section 60 from twenty five thousand rupees to one lakh rupees.
